ANA seeks to delay July trial in transpacific passenger antitrust suit

( April 6, 2018, 21:51 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: All Nippon Airways has asked US District Judge Charles Breyer to delay a planned July 9 trial in a class action accusing the airline of conspiring with rival airlines to fix prices on transpacific routes. ANA said that Breyer has yet to rule on the plaintiffs' motion for class certification, and that should be finalized before a trial on the merits of the case.See document below....
