USITC initiates US-Pacific Islands trade investigation

( November 2, 2022, 14:25 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation of trade between the US and the Pacific Islands, in response to a request from US Trade Representative Katherine Tai. At the conclusion of the investigation, the USITC will send the USTR a report detailing the opportunities and impediments for increased trade flows between the US and the Pacific Islands.
