Grifols anticorruption policy forbids facilitation payments, retaliation against whistleblowers

( October 1, 2015, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Grifols, a Spanish plasma products company, said in its anti-corruption policy that it forbids its employees from paying facilitation payments to a government official to expedite the resolution of a regulatory matter. It also said that it would not tolerate retaliation against an employee who reports violations of the anti-corruption policy through proper channels. Grifols has also established an International Compliance Review Board  to "oversee and evaluate" the policy and the firm's adherence to it.See document below....
