UK aviation regulator defends price caps challenged by air-traffic services provider

( December 18, 2019, 09:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- The Civil Aviation Authority has defended its air-traffic license price controls challenged by air-traffic services provider NATS, which are subject to a probe by the UK's Competition and Markets Authority. NATS rejected the CAA's decision requiring it to both set prices and implement modifications to its air-traffic license. The CAA referred the matter to the CMA.Paper attached....
