Citing German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the European Union's continued opposition to this WTO waiver, the letter urges Biden to persuade Merkel to change her mind on the topic at the July 15 summit for the sake of the increased production and more equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccine and other treatments, tests and health technologies. See document below....
