( November 15, 2016, 19:29 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A World Trade Organization arbitrator has given Colombia until Jan. 22 to implement rulings that found "compound tariffs" imposed by Bogotá on textiles, apparel and footwear from Panama exceed the maximum permitted rates in Colombia's WTO membership agreement.
