Swiss watchdog extends antitrust probe into VW car dealers

( December 17, 2019, 09:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- The Swiss antitrust watchdog has extended its probe into VW car dealers and carried out new dawn raids. In 2018, the authority started an initial investigation into illegal agreements concerning public procurement of passenger and commercial vehicles. Now, more companies have come under investigation as Weko is looking into illegal agreements concerning sales of VW cars to non-public customers. The probe covers now the whole period between 2006 and 2018.Statement follows in German....
