The panel rejected calls by the defendants to apply the Rooker-Feldman doctrine, because a related state court action in Texas had not reached a final judgment at the time the federal lawsuit was filed by the law firm.A group that registered a domestic limited liability partnership in Texas under the same name as Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, their opposing counsel in a state court action, have failed to undo an injunction entered against them by a Texas federal judge....
