Additionally, the Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, has recommended that the agency’s Tribunal acquit Mahle Metal Leve, Mahle Gmbh, Affinia Automotive, Sofape Fabricante de Filtros, Robert Bosch and Sogefi Filtration do Brasil, as well as several individuals.
