Facebook's pursuit of app developer who leaked documents to UK gets special master in California court

Buchwald in San Mateo Superior Court said. But a special master will be brought in to deal with ongoing disputes over the questioning of Ted Kramer, developer of the Six4Three app who turned over the documents, he said. Buchwald also chastised lawyers for not working together to push the five-year-old lawsuit toward a resolution. Facebook’s investigation into whether a disgruntled app developer intentionally leaked sealed court documents to UK officials three years ago, unleashing a public relations nightmare, can continue, a California state court judge said today....
