French Competition Authority: Autorité de la concurrence fines SRR EUR2 mln for failing to implement 2009 decision

( January 24, 2012, 11:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The French competition authority, l’Autorité de la concurrence, has levied a fine of two million euros on SRR, a subsidiary of telecommunications incumbent SFR based in the overseas territories of La Réunion and Mayotte, for not having fully complied with a decision issued in 2009 that instructed the company to stop the differentiation in its network tariffs for ‘on-net’ and ‘off-net’ calls.
