ICANN argues that it cannot be subject to antitrust claims because it "does not engage in 'trade or commerce.'" ICANN also argues that the plaintiffs fail to adequately a valid relevant market, and that ICANN does not participate in the markets the plaintiffs do allege are relevant.See motion below....
