Qualcomm wrangles with UK mass claimant over disclosure issues

The claim brought by the Consumers’ Association alleges that Qualcomm charged Apple and Samsung inflated fees for technology licenses and that the overcharging was then passed on to millions of British consumers through the retail prices of their smartphones.
