East Power's appeal against Polish GDPR fine dismissed by court

( January 27, 2021, 15:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: East Power, a Polish employment agency, has seen its appeal against a GDPR fine dismissed by the regional court in Warsaw, the national data-protection authority UODO said today. The company was fined 15,000 złoty (around $4,000) last year for failing to respond to UODO's information request after a complaint was lodged with the data-protection authority of the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. East Power can still appeal the decision to the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland.Statement in Polish follows....
