U.S. District Court: Eastern District of New York - Fido's Fences v. Radio Systems Corporation et al [complaint]

( January 20, 2012, 22:28 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Fido's Fences has filed a complaint against RSC and Invisible Fence, accusing them of attempting to monopolize the market for electronic pet containment systems. The complaint alleges that RSC acquired many of its rivals and misused patents and trademarks to illegally create and maintain a monopoly. Fido's has requested a jury trial and is seeking monetary damages, as well as injunctions invalidating anticompetitive terms in RSC's contracts and preventing RSC from misusing its patents and trademarks.See complaint below....
