Singapore data privacy watchdog fines printing firm for personal-data breach

Toh-Shi, which had already been fined S$5,000 last year for its first data-privacy breach, is one of eight companies sanctioned by the PDPC for data breaches in the last six months. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, parties that fail to protect personal data can be fined up to S$1 million per breach, the report adds....
