Alphabank, Eurobank, National Bank, Piraeus get Greek GDPR fine

( October 20, 2022, 09:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Greek data protection authority has fined Alphabank, Eurobank, National Bank and Piraeus Bank 20,000 euros each, for violating the GDPR. The four banks were found to have retained the details of Mastercard users’ last 10 transactions on each card’s chip, without providing specific information to the data subjects about such data processing, the regulator said.
