AlphaTheta-Serato deal abandoned, UK antitrust regulator says

The Competition and Markets Authority has cancelled its investigation into the proposed merger of the companies that supply software and hardware for disc jockeys. Japan-based AlphaTheta supplies DJ hardware and software, while New Zealand-based Serato supplies software.Statement follows....
