The Federal Economic Competition Commission, or Cofece, said the market is concentrated in few players; distributors have high gross profit margins at national level; there are "important" economic and regulatory barriers to entering and exiting the market; and there is a lack of entrants into the market, though there is an increase in profit margins from existing players.
