Brazil association for fuel distributors appeals CADE decision closing discrimination probe

( April 19, 2023, 12:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Brazilian association for fuel distributors has appealed a decision from the national competition authority's Superintendence closing an investigation into Raízen Combustíveis, Petrobras Distribuidora (also known as Vibra Energia) and Ipiranga Produtos de Petróleo for allegedly discriminating against certain filling stations in the resale fuel market.
