ITC affirms dismissal of US Steel antitrust claim against Chinese steel companies

( March 19, 2018, 23:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US International Trade Commission has affirmed the dismissal of US Steel's antitrust claims against Chinese steel companies in its unfair trade case at the agency. The commission determined that antitrust injury standing is required for antitrust claims before the ITC and US Steel does not argue that it meets this requirement.
