Michael Smith's seven-hour testimony covered the early days when Netflix was preparing to launch its service in South Korea in 2016, to changes in network connection, along with the growth of subscribers.The long-running dispute between Netflix and SK Broadband over network fees in a South Korean court is now focusing on whether payment terms were discussed between the two, and if there was any form of agreement that could support it....
