Proposed Brexit bills allow for UK transport-permit schemes, driving license validity abroad

A new bill proposed to the UK House of Lords allows for both ideas to be implemented, should they be requested in negotiations with the bloc for a post-Brexit agreement. The government will also ratify the 1968 Vienna Convention, a UN regulation making a driving license valid abroad if it includes a valid International Driving Permit.The statements follow....
