Former MP gets two more years after KPK appeals bribery sentence

It increased her jail time from six years to eight and stripped her of her right to hold elected office for taking bribes of S$177,700 ($127,734) from contractor Abdi Bumi Cendrawasih. The court also ordered her to pay a fine of 200 million rupiah ($15,337) or spend three more years in jail. Her right to hold elected office will be removed immediately after she completes her sentence. Abdi Bumi bribed Limpo to quash debate over the inclusion of power plant projects in Papua in the national budget....
