Castellan's indictment, notification of which was issued on March 1, is related to a contract between DCNI and Thales International Asia, whose former president, Bernard Baiocco, was indicted in December 2015 in the same case. It was also related to a consultancy contract between Thales International Asia and Terasasi Sdn Bhd, specifically over 30 million euros transferred to the Malaysian firm in 2002.
