XVideos is latest to fail to win a pause on EU Digital Services Act ad repository requirement

The ruling is the third time the court has rejected such a request, previously also refusing requests by Amazon and Pornhub for the ad repository requirement to be suspended. XVideos is one of four pornography websites to be designated as a “very large online platform” under the DSA.XVideos has lost its legal bid to suspend one of its key obligations under the EU’s Digital Services Act....
