Spanish competition watchdog extends Antena 3, La Sexta merger conditions by two years

( July 31, 2015, 16:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The competition situation on Spain’s advertising market hasn’t improved since the national competition authority cleared Antena 3’s plan to acquire La Sexta, the CNMC said in a statement. The watchdog has therefore extended by two years the conditions it imposed on the deal in 2012.
