Apple files reply in support of emergency motion to stay e-books trial

Apple argues that it would be "deeply prejudicial" and inefficient to proceed with trial while the injunction order, which is "the entire predicate for all plaintiffs’ claims," is on appeal and the Second Circuit is deciding whether to review the class certification order, which is inextricably linked to the state plaintiffs' own case as well.See document below....
