​ASIC annual report highlights enforcement actions

( October 31, 2016, 04:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s newly released annual report reveals it conducted 1,441 high-intensity surveillances and completed 175 investigations in 2015-16, leading to 22 criminal convictions and the jailing of 13 people.
