Korean Air, Asiana Airlines deal filed for review in South Korea

( January 14, 2021, 07:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The proposed merger between Korean Air and Asiana Airlines, the two-largest airliners in South Korea, was filed for review to the Korea Fair Trade Commission on Jan. 14, 2021, the KFTC said. The deal was also filed to other jurisdictions, including the United States, Japan, China and Europe, according to the KFTC.
