Full text of ruling cutting Apple's record antitrust fine published by French appeal court

The Paris Court of Appeal said the 90 percent increase in the fine applied to the basic amount was disproportionate  It considered an uplift of 50 percent enough to guarantee that the sanction satisfies the objectives of repression and deterrence.The judgment is attached in French.
