Google files objections to Arizona AG statement of facts

( January 8, 2021, 21:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google is objecting to a series of factual claims made by Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich as part of the state's motion for summary judgment that the search giant violated state law by failing to truthfully and clearly disclose its location data collection practices. "While the number of users disabling certain settings increased after the AP article" reporting Google's alleged practices, the company said in one objection, "the peak the AG describes did not occur the day after publication, as the AG states."See document below....
