Issue binding decision on Meta over AI-training data processing, Open Rights Group urges UK ICO

ORG states that Meta has yet to make changes to its privacy policy following the announcement of a pause to plans after coordinated complaints by NOYB across the EU, meaning that Meta’s plan to rely on legitimate interest as a legal basis to process data could be resumed.
