EU dumping duties on Chinese, Indonesian sodium cyclamate extended for another five years

( October 11, 2022, 08:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: European importers of Chinese and Indonesian sodium cyclamate will continue to pay EU dumping duties for another five years, the European Commission has said. The dumping duties of up to 0.26 euros ($0.26) per kilo on imports from China and 0.27 euros per kilo on those from Indonesia were due to expire last year, but the EU's sole sodium cyclamate producer, Productos Aditivos, asked the commission to extend them. Following an expiry review, EU investigators determined that duties should apply for another five years to continue protecting European producers.Notice is attached. ...
