Danish Competition Authority: Copenhagen airport required to remedy competition law infringement

( December 21, 2011, 12:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Copenhagen Airport has applied anticompetitive restrictions for airlines wishing to use its low-cost terminal CPH Go, the Danish Competition Council has determined. Airlines could not transfer baggage between flights, could not use containers for baggage and needed aircraft with a wingspan of at least 24 metres. The airport is required to lift these restrictions within six months.The full press release follows....
