Notification of Microsoft-Activision Blizzard deal complete, Chile's FNE says

( October 10, 2022, 13:25 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The notification of Microsoft's $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard to the Chilean competition authority is complete, the agency said. The parties amended their filings Aug. 16 and Sept. 13, after the Fiscalía Nacional Económica, or FNE, found their notification form to be missing information. The initial 30-day deadline for a decision by FNE began counting from Sept. 29. If the authority finds any competition concerns and needs more time, it can extend the review for an additional 90 days.See FNE document in Spanish....
