Circana files counterclaims against Crownalytics in US antitrust suit over data analytics services

( June 7, 2024, 15:43 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Data analytics firm Circana accused Crownalytics of tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets and unjust enrichment in an answer to US antitrust claims over data analytics services. Crownalytics solicited and received valuable, confidential data from Circana customers without a third-party access agreement in place and improperly interfered with contracts between Circana and its customers, the company said in counterclaims filed in the US District Court for the District of Colorado.See document below....
