Turkish tile maker Güral Porselen granted new exporting producer treatment in EU

( July 15, 2024, 14:23 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Güral Porselen Turizm ve Vitrifiye, a Turkish ceramic tile manufacturer, has been granted New Exporting Producer Treatment, the European Commission said in a formal notice today. Güral Porselen will now be subject to a dumping duty rate of 9.2 percent on its exports of ceramic tiles to the EU, which applies to cooperating companies not included in the sample of the original probe. The NEPT can be granted to businesses that didn't export the product concerned to the bloc during the period of investigation on which the EU dumping tariffs are based.Notice is attached. ...
