Auto parts suppliers settle antifriction bearings probe

( July 30, 2015, 13:15 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Auto parts suppliers Koyo Rolamentos do Brasil, JTEKT Corporation, and JTEKT Automotiva Brasil have settled an antitrust probe in Brazil into the domestic and international market for antifriction bearings. They agreed to pay 3.1 million reais ($1 million), receiving a 45 percent discount, while Schaeffler Brasil and INA-Holding Schaeffler agreed to pay 60.7 million reais ($18.2 million), receiving a 40 percent discount, to settle the cartel investigation.Statement follows in full....
