Rubis, SRPP deal gets conditional approval in France

( July 30, 2015, 09:50 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: France’s Competition Authority, L’Autorité de la concurrence, has given a conditional green light to plans by gas supplier Rubis to acquire oil importer and vendor Société Réunionnaise de Produits Pétroliers. Rubis has agreed to make sure that SRPP grants access to stocking and unloading installations for jet and shipping fuel to any interested operator. In addition, the company will ensure that SRPP, based in La Réunion, gives third parties non-discriminatory access to filling services.
