Drugmakers fined $8 million by Shanghai regulator for price fixing, market allocation

Shanghai Xudong Haipu Pharmaceutical and Tianjin Tianyao Pharmaceuticals Technology each received a fine equivalent to 3 percent of their respective 2020 Chinese revenue, the regulator said in the penalty decisions posted on its website.
