US DOJ should investigate T-Mobile's shutdown of Sprint CDMA network, say US Representatives Buck, Neguse

The commitment was made as part of a deal with the DOJ to allow T-Mobile’s acquisition of Sprint. The letter encourages the DOJ to take action if it finds that the shutdown is contrary to T-Mobile’s commitments and obligations or raises competitive concerns that are likely to harm consumers. “It is critical that parties live up to the commitments provided to regulators and those upon which any merger is conditioned,” wrote the congressmen.See document below. ...
