Mofcom announces final antidumping ruling on seamless alloy steel tubes and pipes from EU, Japan and US

( May 9, 2014, 08:57 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: China’s Ministry of Commerce has imposed antidumping duties on imports of seamless alloy steel tubes and pipes from the European Union and United States, Mofcom said in its final ruling. The antidumping duties are set at 14.1 percent for imports from the US, and up to 13.2 percent for imports from the EU. The measures will be imposed for a period of five years, effective on May 10, 2014. Mofcom has decided to terminate its antidumping investigation into Japanese imports.The full statement follows.
