Romanian car-leasing companies, trade association fined for exchange of sensitive data

The Association of Romanian Financial Companies was also fined, and the penalties totaled 41.25 million lei ($10.3 million). The Competition Council said the conduct led to excessive market transparency, giving competing businesses the chance to adjust their business strategy.
