Ian Russell, the father of Molly Russell, whose death and the subsequent inquest into it has propelled social media content policies into the public eye, told BBC radio that new measures may mean further delays.The UK’s Online Safety Bill may face even more delays as the government seeks to beef up its child protection measures....
