Michael Foods seeks interlocutory appeal of summary judgment order in egg antitrust case

Pratter grant the company leave to immediately appeal an order that denied its motion for summary judgment against claims that it conspired to fix the prices of shell eggs and egg products sold in the US. Michael Foods says that the court misapplied the limitations on permissible inferences established in Matsushita Electric Industrial v. Zenith Radio.
