US FTC, Chamber of Commerce 'cooperating' to minimize disputes over public records requests

( October 7, 2022, 00:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Federal Trade Commission and the US Chamber of Commerce are negotiating and cooperating to minimize disputes in relation to four Freedom of Information Act requests the Chamber made to the agency and which are the subject of a federal lawsuit. In a joint status report filed at the US District Court for the District of Columbia, the FTC said it is "reprocessing" records related to the "Chopra Zombie Votes Request," " Past Zombie Votes Request," the "Illumina-GRAIL Request," and "Khan’s Prior Employment Request." The FTC and the Chamber sought to defer a briefing schedule as "parties have not even concluded their negotiations at this time," the filing said.See attached document...
