Chinese mobile access equipment to face provisional EU dumping duties from tomorrow

( July 12, 2024, 08:11 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: EU imports from China of mobile access equipment (MAE) will, from tomorrow, face provisional EU dumping duties ranging from 14.3 percent to 55.3 percent at the bloc’s borders, the European Commission said today in a notice. The probe was opened last November, following a complaint lodged by a coalition representing EU producers, who say they're being harmed by the unfairly priced imports. EU investigators will continue the probe to determine whether the five-year definitive measures are warranted.
