Philippines' San Miguel buys 51 percent of Liberty Telecoms for $126 million

In a statement filed with the country's stock exchange, the company said its subsidiary Vega Telecom bought the Liberty Telecoms stake from Bahrain’s Qtel West Bay Holdings SPC and two subsidiaries of Qatar-based Ooredoo QSC.
