US Congressional Steel Caucus calls on Commerce to apply adequate duties in CTL steel case

( October 25, 2016, 22:32 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Congressional Steel Caucus asked the Commerce Department to use trade enforcement tools to calculate appropriate levels of duties when considering a CTL steel plate antidumping and countervailing duties case before it. The caucus said that last year that one million tons of cut-to-length steel plate, valued at $700 million, was imported into the US by countries accused of providing countervailable subsidies.Please see attached letter....
